Someone accidentally purchase from my Google pay account two times. I want refund
Hello @Safiaa if a person has made an in-game purchase and then used the items purchased then it is highly unlikely that you will receive a refund.
Also please note that the Terms and Conditions that you have agreed to state the following
3.4 We will be entitled to assume that anyone logging into your King Account using your login details is you and not anybody else. If you fail to keep your login details secret, or if you share your login details or King Account with someone else (whether intentionally or unintentionally), you accept full responsibility for the consequences of this (including any unauthorised purchases) and agree to fully compensate us for any losses or harm that may result.
You need to contact Google for this and ask them for a refund. Also if you think it was someone else who made the purchase you need to review the security of your Google payment account. It's not something that King can deal with as all transactions are carried out via Google and that is where your payment details are stored.

Unable to purchase
