From what I understand so far, it looks like your game progress dropped from over level 12,000 to around level 7,000, which can sometimes happen if the game is opened while logged into a different account or not properly connected.

hi there I lost all my rewards due to internet loss. I tried to close and open my app get back my connection and it’s all gone the only thing that was available was my galaxy I won the rewards by completing the daily 6 day task
how do i get a level 14000 badge?
not sure how you get technical health but I won the pin event today. It says I won but I got none of the prizes which is supposed to be 120 gold bars and various boosters. How do I get help to fix this? This is a large loss in the game!

Suddenly, yesterday, I started seeing the below pop up in multiple games. The first time, I tapped Claim, but it just kept popping back up over and over and over and you can't exit or back out of it. The game needs to be restarted entirely. I am seeing this in multiple games on Android.
