Perda de niveis

estava a jogar no meu telemóvel e já tinha mais de 12000 níveis e agora só tenho pouco mais de 7000 níveis já tentei recuperar a minha conta e não me foi possível, o que posso fazer. O meu ID de usario é 2218016752. Podem me ajudar nesta situação

From what I understand so far, it looks like your game progress dropped from over level 12,000 to around level 7,000, which can sometimes happen if the game is opened while logged into a different account or not properly connected.

You can choose your preferred language in the Help Center, and it walks through the most common reasons progress appears missing and what to do next.
