While we unfortunately cannot adjust this feature for you right now, having feedback such as yours available enables our developers to make adjustments and changes to our game in future updates, which will hopefully introduce new features as well as potential changes to Extra Moves that will match your tastes.

For a while now, when I try to log in to my game account with Facebook or my email, it gives me an error saying I'm offline, which is not the case. I've been online for a while and even used a filter breaker or VPN to make sure, but in all 3 cases it gives me an error saying I'm offline!!! Please solve my problem.

I have seen all of my friends watch ads in their game when they are out of moves to clear the level but I don't receive any ad in my game, I've already checked all the settings, kindly help me I am badly stuck on a level.
