On my phone I’m on level 14,148 on my iPad I’m on 1,266. Please help me to get the game synced between devices

I am signing in using Facebook on both devices, the user id on both devices match and still completely different levels.

To sync Candy Crush between your iPhone and iPad,connect the game on both devices to the same Facebook account or King account through the in-game settings (gear icon) to save progress to the cloud, allowing you to pick up where you left off on either device
. Always ensure you're logged into the exact same account, play with a stable internet connection, and if syncing fails, try reinstalling the app on the device with the old progress.
