Since early December I've not had any extra lives awarded , butterflies not collecting. Game just not working as it normally would. I've reinstalled the game 3 times. Please help

With regards to the butterflies, are you sure you pass the level on the same attempt when you caught them? Any butterflies collected on a level that you then go on to fail do not count and won't get added to your game.
If you are asking about losing the chance to watch ads for extra moves and boosters then these do get taken out of games for some periods to try and test if it will make players spend real money instead. If this has happened to you then make sure you do not spend any real money because players who do spend money never get to see ads.
If there is anything else you feel that is wrong with your game please could you share it in more details.

Regarding the extra lives not rewarded, could you please provide more details about this, and if possible, a video of it happening?

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
