Randomly losing win streaks

Why do I randomly lose my win streaks? I was up to over 2000 win streak and suddenly lost it and had to start over. Now it seems when I hit over 672 win streaks is resets to 0? I had just got my candy coated speckle ball and played for about 2 hours. Quit and went back in 3 hours later, win streaks back to 0 and I lost my ball after only having it 3 hours instead of 24. Very frustrating. I’m about ready to quit the game. Seems to have a lot of glitches. Same thing happens to my husband today. Lost his win streak, lost his candy coated ball and got bounced out of candy royale. Thanks.
