Chocolate Box Blocking Game

I have been having for several days with the Chocolate Box blocking my Candy Crush Game. It works for a couple of games and then freezes or it freezes as soon as I access the game. Do you know when this issue will be fixed? Is there anything I can do to fix it? It really is annoying.

Do you know when this issue will be fixed?

Issues with the Chocolate Box have been going on since 2021 @donnaonamelia and some issues were supposedly fixed as you can read below.

As ever with King's fixes the problems still persisted even after they said the problem had been fixed. As you can see from your game the problem hasn't been fixed and unfortunately no one here can tell if and when the issue will ever be fixed.

Is there anything I can do to fix it?

No there is nothing you can do to fix the problem and all you can do is manage it as you are now. That is, all you can do is restart your game every time the problem occurs.

There is one version of the problem that exists that even restarting the game doesn't remove the frozen Chocolate Box screen and in this case all you can do is contact King Player Support and hope that they can help you.
