Password reset

Hello King Support,

I was playing Candy Crush Saga and had progressed up to level 7175.
Recently, I had to uninstall the game and reinstall it.
Now, when I try to reset my password to access my account, I receive a "connection error" message and cannot complete the reset process.
Additionally, the password reset page on king.com shows a 404 error.

Please help me recover my account and restore my progress up to level 7175.
My account is registered with the email [meysambabayi.1997@gmail.com].

Problem with ads.
In the last two days the ads have stopped working. If you get a chance to view ads for extra moves the first ad works but when you select to watch the second ad it goes to run it but then the screen goes black and it then returns you to the game. This makes it very difficult and frustrating.
I need help on how to pass level 8061
II have been playing this level since 3 days now and I have not been able to pass so I need assistance
Not able to watch Ad
I've been having trouble with trying to get to the next Ad, because every time I think the Ad is finished and I try to go to the next Ad, it takes me completely out of the game. So, then I lose my chance at the level, and the boosters that might have been able to help me. Any suggestions?
Gold bar
I lost almost 400 gold bars not knowing the reason. How may I know what was the reason or was there any system fault or something?

Estoy cansado que despues de ver un anuncio me eche del juego sin obtener la recompensa. Esto pasa demasiadas veces y me parece un fraude
