Candy Crush Saga stuck in offline mode on iPhone

Hello,

Candy Crush Saga is stuck in offline mode on my iPhone.

Wi-Fi and cellular data are working, and Candy Crush Soda Saga connects normally, but only Candy Crush Saga cannot go online.

Facebook and King account login both fail and ask me to go online.

I already reinstalled the app and reset network settings.

Please help restore my connection or recover my game progress without data loss.

Where do you report ads?...
It says report ads in the chat but then chat says this... Several ads aren't closable and lead you to the play store. Especially SHEIN and Ibotta!
