I restarted it three times at that time and the result was still the same. That streak didn’t work and I didn’t receive any gold. It wasn’t a connection issue. Last time when I won the streak, I also lost it once like this, but this time it happened three times.

Could you please help me recover the three streak wins that I earned but did not receive?

It’s really not acceptable that the app can just take away my rewards like this. I’ve spent a significant amount of money purchasing gold, so it’s very frustrating that my rewards can disappear so easily through no fault of my own.
