i noticed someone else is using my account, how can i disconnect the other account
Hi @ire_wolemi thanks for raising this. Just so I understand better, could you tell me what made you notice this? For example, are levels changing, or are gold bars or boosters being used without you playing?
Most of the time, this happens when the game is still connected on another device. This can be a phone or tablet you used in the past, or a device that was handed over to someone else without the game being removed first.
A couple of things you can do right away:
• Make sure you’re logged in with your own account (email, Facebook, or King account) • Change the password for the account you’re using to log in • Log out of the game on your current device, close the app, then log back in
Changing the password usually forces other devices to disconnect the next time the game tries to sync.
If you haven’t switched devices or shared access at all and the issue continues, the safest option is to contact Player Support. They can help secure your progress or, if needed, restore it to a fresh account that only you have access to.

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
