Hello, I’m posting again because my previous message didn’t get a response from a moderator.
A store-side “Contacting Store” error caused me to lose my ~1950 win streak at level 4681. I had a stable internet connection, the latest game version, and enough gold bars, but the game would not let me buy a booster.
I already submitted a ticket via the Contact Us form but haven’t received a response. This has caused me extreme frustration and stress, and I’m feeling very unwell because of it…
Please, I’m asking for a real human to review this case and help restore my streak. This streak represents years of effort and dedication, and losing it through no fault of my own has been heartbreaking.
