Why is it Everytime i try and get my item from my Google play pass this is wat it says every single!

Why can't I ever get my item but it always says that I already got it when I never get this item like I'm supposed to every week in the Google play pass

Hi @FeeBabii,

I am sorry to hear that you are getting this error message. Please try following these steps:

*Restart: Force close apps and restart your device.

*Updates: Check that you have the latest game and device updates.

*Memory: Keep at least 2GB of free storage for smooth gameplay.

*Connection: Use WiFi instead of cellular data.

*Clear Cache:

🤖 Android: Settings > Apps > Candy Crush Soda > Storage > Clear Cache

I that does not work, log out from your Google Account in your Google Play Store.

* Go to Settings
* Tap on Account

- If instead of that, you see an option Account and something, tap on that, and then tap in Account again

* Tap on all your Google accounts
* Tap on Remove Account

That will not delete your account, it will only erase it from your device.

When you do that, would you be so kind as to

* Restart your device
* Log back into your account in Google Play Store.
* Update your game. You can check if yours is the latest version by going to the app page in the store you downloaded it from.
* Log back into your Facebook/King account in the game.
