how to retrieve my account using my user Id as my email doesn’t seem to work
Sorry if this sounds daft, but are you logging in correctly.
When you sign into your game with your email you need to use the correct field.
As indicated by the arrow above you need to use LOG IN WITH EMAIL option when signing in. Do not use the SIGN UP WITH EMAIL option as this will give you an error message about your email address.

It says report ads in the chat but then chat says this... Several ads aren't closable and lead you to the play store. Especially SHEIN and Ibotta!
