Losing coins and special candies bc of ads

For several days I have lost special candies, coins, places in races bc once I watch and ad and try to exit out of it, it starts my game completely over and takes me back to the start screen when you first open the app

Before we take this further, could you help us with a bit more detail?

• Does this happen after any ad, or does it seem to be a specific ad that causes the game to restart?
• About when did this start happening?
• Which device are you playing on, and which game app version do you have installed?

If you haven’t already, it may also help to try:

• Fully closing and reopening the game
• Restarting your device
• Making sure the game is fully up to date
• Closing other apps running in the background (especially on mobile)

Let us know what you find. Once we have a bit more info, we can decide the best next step to get this sorted.
