Why do some features show on one account but not another?

Why dont i get Candy royal competition on my game like i do on my other account? Also this account i don't bakerbox but my other account do. Why is that? I know these usually come once in a while but after I had to start the game over it stopped coming. Can you guys please fix it

Some features and events (like Candy Royale or Baker’s Box) aren’t always available on all accounts or devices at the same time. They can come and go, and in some cases are still being tested on specific setups, which is why you might see them on one account but not another.

Out of curiosity, could you let us know which devices you’re playing on with each account (for example mobile, Windows app, or Facebook)?

If you’re playing on mobile, we recommend keeping the game fully up to date, as that’s the best way to make sure you don’t miss out on new features when they become available.

Unfortunately, we don’t have a way to manually enable or disable events on accounts, but thanks for flagging it and checking with us.
