How can I get my facebook candy crush on the same level as my King account candy crush app?

When your Facebook version and your King account app are on different levels, it usually means they’re not connected to the same saved account.
Here’s what to check:
Open the game on the device where your highest progress is saved. Go to Settings and make sure you’re logged into the correct King account (or Facebook, if that’s where the progress was saved). On the other device or platform, log out of the game completely, then log back in using the same account. Fully close and reopen the game to allow it to sync.
A quick note: progress won’t merge from two different accounts. The game will always load the progress from the account you log into.
If you’ve tried this and the levels still don’t match, the best next step is to contact Player Support, as they can check which account your progress is saved on and help you restore it.

As soon as I got to this level it gave me an error message 'unable to win level' and kicked me out. I tried again a few times and same message. How do I get past this level? I read in a different comment on player page it needs yellow candies and no yellow candies show up?
It took over 400 gold bars to pass this level. How do I get some of that back? Totally ridiculous. If there are any more of those and I’m done.

I've been having trouble with trying to get to the next Ad, because every time I think the Ad is finished and I try to go to the next Ad, it takes me completely out of the game. So, then I lose my chance at the level, and the boosters that might have been able to help me. Any suggestions?
For several years now, and across three different phones, I get a Chocolate Box error EVERY single time I play any level. It sometimes even comes up TWICE between plays. I have 3 screenshots with the 3 screens that come up every time. I have force stopped the app with no luck.
