hello I already have a kingdom account on my old device I need ur help to switch my account on this device and never lose my progress

Hi @zeinabab no worries, we can help with that 🙂

To move your progress safely to a new device, you just need to make sure you’re logged into the same King account on both devices.

Here’s what to do:

On your old device, open the game and go to Settings
Make sure you’re logged into your King account (the one with your progress)
On your new device, install the game and open it
Go to Settings and log in using the same King account details
Fully close and reopen the game to let it sync

Once you’re logged in, your progress should load automatically.

If anything doesn’t sync correctly, or if you’re not sure which account your progress is saved on, Player Support can help check and restore it for you:
