Not able to watch Ad

I've been having trouble with trying to get to the next Ad, because every time I think the Ad is finished and I try to go to the next Ad, it takes me completely out of the game. So, then I lose my chance at the level, and the boosters that might have been able to help me. Any suggestions?

This is a very common complaint now Stephanie and it is something that I see in my game as well.

Don't be too quick to press the X button is the best solution. Some adverts show an X immediately but the advert hasn't finished. If you press the X before the advert finishes you are taken out of the game and the advertiser's web page opens. Look out for a progress bar at the top of bottom of the screen, or a countdown.

With Temu adverts don't press the X when the countdown/progress bar finishes. If you press the X immediately you will be taken to Temu's website. Wait until 'download the app' appears and then press the X. This opens another countdown followed by another.

If you are taken out of the game I find that pressing the back button gets me back to the game and the reward.

This is something you will have to experiment with as pressing back once doesn't always work. Sometimes I press back and the web page of the advertiser still continues to open. If this happens I just press back again and that takes me back to the game and the reward. Sometimes I have to press back twice quickly. If I get it wrong the game closes.

Thank you for the feedback. The video ad feature as all ads and promotional features is still a test feature in the game, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Boosters or other items from this feature.

This also means that the video ads will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.

So if you at the moment are missing the ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when the ads are back.
