Hello everyone!
I logged into my king account and my save is the exact same. My progress in events, and levels the same. All my boosters and lives are the same and all my friends are the same. However I've lost my 153 gold that I was saving up for the harder levels.
Now, I've already looked on this forum, and also on Google and have done everything to try and get it back. Played a level, re logged in, restarted my phone and nothing. Gold bars is 0. I contacted king for help and I received an automated email about losing boosters and lives, which I havent. I've lost the gold bars. My device HAS NOT changed. This email just takes me back to here on the forum, which I've already gone through.
I replied to that email and have received nothing back so I contacted them again, and received the EXACT SAME email.
Anyone else have any ideas? Or anyone I can talk to as Google says I can contact to get my gold back but unfortunately they are clearly not doing that
I am so gutted to lose all my gold and I don't even want to play until I get it back
