You are right @totefuente not getting a reward after watching an advert is becoming a common complaint.
Whilst I wouldn't say that it was fraud, it is frustrating as the issues have been going on for a long time now.
There isn't anything a player can do to fix the issue, so all you can do is report any faulty adverts to King and hope that they get around to fixing the issue.

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date.
