I no longer seem to be able to access the 6 hour play for 69 gold bars. Only options available are buy 1 life or watch adverts to be awarded a life. Do I have to using a specific version of Candy crush to get the 6 hours play option? Thanks

I just posted same issue this morning after updating the app. Followed your comment advice to inventory and have this option for 6hrs- Thankyou!!

I still see this option in my game, but you have to go into your inventory: Click on your player icon at the top of the map screen next to your gold balance. Your inventory should load.
In the inventory the top left icon is an infinity symbol inside a heart. Click on this and you can buy six hours life with 69 gold bars.
I noticed something similar on the update. I doubt it is permanent; they will probably offer the 6 hours again sometime in the future. If you don't like not having the option, I suggest you don't play for a few days. No guarantees, but they'll likely give it back to you to coax you to play again.

After updating to the latest version, I have the same offers as you. If watching ads is not an option, then the second option becomes 5 lives for 12 gold bars.
The offer on the left also changed.
