Merging your Facebook and King accounts ensures your game progress is saved and synced across devices for a seamless experience. Follow these steps to successfully merge your accounts.

 

Before you begin

• Confirm that both accounts are individual and not previously synchronized with other accounts.
• Ensure your device is connected to a stable internet connection.

 

"I play connected to Facebook and want to merge with a King account"

1. Log out of Facebook in the game:
   • Open the game on your device.
   • Navigate to the Profile Menu.
   • Tap Log Out.
2. Create a King Account (if you don’t already have one):
   • Go to the Profile Menu and select Sign Up.
   • Register using your email address.
3. Log in to your King Account:
   • Select Log in with email.
   • Use your King account credentials to log in.

Your Facebook progress will now sync with your King account.

"I play connected to a King account and want to merge it with Facebook"

1. Log out of your King account:
   • Open the game on your device.
   • Navigate to the Profile Menu.
   • Tap Log Out.
2. Log in with your Facebook account:
   • Tap Log in with Facebook.

What if my progress doesn’t sync?

If your progress doesn’t sync, we can manually transfer your progress to a new account. However, there are some points to keep in mind: 

• Level progress will transfer, but items like Boosters, Lives, and Gold Bars will not.
• All levels will show 2 stars by default, and high scores will not transfer.

 

Tips for a smooth experience

• Use the same device you play on when merging accounts.
• Double-check your login credentials for both Facebook and King accounts.
• Regularly sync your progress to avoid data loss.
