So many glitches

My app keeps on freezing on a light purple screen after playing a game, my booster wheel has never worked and I am unable to click on people’s profiles. And this is all after uninstalling and reinstalling and making sure everything is updated.

We have not had other players report this type of behavior in their Candy Crush Saga game.  Sometimes such issues are related to the device or platform you are using.  Could you provide additional information:

* Which platform or operating system are you using?
* Which type of account do you have -- King or Facebook?  If both, are they synced?
* What device do you play (model, etc. specifications)?
* Is your Internet connection stable?  Do you sometimes play offline?
* Do you have at least 2Gb free memory storage on your device?

Or you might need to contac Player Support through your game:

* Tap the gear icon ⚙️ —> Account & Help —> ? Help Center —> Select the topic of the issue you are having and scroll all the way down and tap “Chat With Us.”

That way our Player Support Team will have the details about your account and device and will be better able to assist you 🌝
