Hi @manircadsan thanks for letting us know.

When a purchase goes through but the gold bars don’t appear, this needs to be checked directly by Player Support, as they’re the only ones who can look at payment records and either deliver the items or make sure the charge is refunded.

Please contact Player Support through the game app:

* Open the game
* Go to Settings
* Tap Help or Support
* Choose the option related to purchases or missing items

When you contact them, mention that you were charged for 50 gold bars but didn’t receive them. If you have a receipt or transaction ID, include that as well.
