This has happened to me twice. The first time I was told to update my game (my updates are done automatically) and to wait on a new release. Of course, that was silly, so I kept playing it until I passed it again. This time I suppose I will have to do the same. At level 13490. I'm not a new player so this is a flaw and after 10 years maybe this is just too big of a player base for them to support?
