Error in the episode race

I have already finished the episode race in first place more than 10 times and I am not receiving the reward.

I started recording it with photos from level 470, but I had already won more than 5 races before that. I have already sent emails and have been receiving responses.

They have always resolved my issues with uncredited purchases, but when it comes to a game error, they are not resolving it.

I am very disappointed with Candy Crush.

I've already done that. I asked for support several times, but I gave up on solving this problem. I abandoned the game. I'm not going to play anymore

I understand how upset you must be to not get the gold bars you expected for winning Episode Races. While we appreciate your screenshots, we are not able to access individual player accounts from this Community. That must be done by King's Player Support team.

Problem with Ads
When I have to watch an Ad, if I don't time it right and try to X out, then I lose the entire level. What ever happened to being able to watch an Ad, click out of it when the X appears??? It seems like changes come every day, and none are helpful!!!!

⛔ FIXED: Level 10611, 11069, 11895, 11924 not spawning yellow candies
I cant go forward level 10611, because no Yellow candy of target 18 , coming. Please fixed my issue.
