Can story mode and dreamworld mode be back in the original candy crush will it be possible?

I wish this game must be better again

The old musics 🎶 the cutscenes story mode the old features levels old mapping layout dreamworld mode everything and more, the old candy crush saga is gone! It's not the same anymore take a look at the new candy crush the musics? It's fine but for me it was ok but I miss the old times the old times brings more happiness

I know that they remove this with a reason to keep the game running smoothly for devices back in 2020

Im not risking myself to download the old version of candy crush saga because one of the applications was not safe may contain viruses

I watch the old videos of candycrush it was still good

I wish all the developers of kings games added these old things back the old types of levels map cutscenes stroy mode and dreamworld mode and the other more were back this time on a separate mode

If they are going to add back these old things it may take time to restore and bring these things back since the mode was endless mode from now how about we add dreamworld mode and story mode

I just wish they bring it back like next year or now!

I know they listen but the old was still a little better if they add this old things (It might have a chance to bring back old players)

Thats awesome but I dont know whether if they are bringing the old things back from 2012 and 2017 story mode dreamworld mode and other old features? It is not officially confirmed but what if they decide bring it back officially Will it take so much time restore all of these things?

I know them too but these days those things aren't focal to me any longer. Now the new features (Some of which were seen to me for first time in 2025) are focal to the me like the events appearing in the day like Factory Frenzy and Don't Feed the Troll as well as Chocolate Box. Being at the end of the map, if I don't have a Chocolate Box to do, the only I do in the game is to play the events for the day (If any exist) and once I finish them to use the Booster Wheel and close the game for the reminder of the day. I also check the Weekly Contest on mobile (And sometimes progressing Ads Quest)

We do miss the storyline and Dreamworld (Was never able to finish it, though) but at least the game gives you something to do within the main saga map. Those will never be forgotten into my lives especially if we started the game while these two existed and I was one of them who did as I started the game back in the year the game was released, 2012.

I get the point because the game has changed I heard people say that kings games ruined the game the people keep saying the new music other things in the game was terrible but if kings games added these old things dreamworld and story mode and other more back on a separate mode old players might just come back and play the good old classic candy crush from 2013-2017 so people do not risk their devices to download the old candy crush saga game from website

Adding those things may take a lot of work and time!

Dreamworld, the old maps, the music, those versions meant a lot to so many players. I remember Dreamworld too… though I’ll admit, balancing that owl was never my strongest skill 😅

I completely get where you’re coming from. That said, I do want to be upfront: there aren’t any plans to bring Dreamworld or the old story modes back, either in the main game or as a separate mode. The game has changed a lot since then, and those features aren’t something we can restore.

Still, I really appreciate you sharing this. Hearing what players loved about the earlier days, the feel, the pacing, the atmosphere is always valuable and helps keep that spirit in mind as the game continues to evolve.

The developers strive to keep the game challenging and exciting with new events and features. While you miss the old version of the game and some features, we hope you will enjoy the new events and features.
