@MountainMom Right now I am having an issue with my invite button. That’s why I asked because I got it to work for a little while yesterday. It is not working again. I already contacted support.

@Deal_One, According to an article in the Help Center "Just keep in mind: the invite link is only valid for a limited time. If it expires before your friends respond, no worries—you can easily generate a new link and send it again!"

The exact time is not specified, so if your current invitation has expired, please create a new one. You can edit your original discussion by replacing the old invite with a new one.
