Recently I reached the end of the map and started to play the star tournament levels, and they feel much different from the regular levels. I’m going to put some pictures of the levels below. Can someone please tell me whether or not these are ai generated levels

This is one of the reasons I enjoy playing the Star Tournament so much. There aren't many rewards for it - even using it for other events tends to give weak rewards mostly. But the levels are so much more fun. I think the majority of them are levels that haven't yet been rewritten by the AI, and there's just so much more to enjoy about playing them. I really like 80-85% of the Star Tournament levels. They're so much more fun to play than the new levels.
As far as I know the star tournament levels are picked from the entire game, so they are repeats of levels you will find elsewhere in the game. Some of these levels were still created by humans, though the AI has changed many of the mechanisms since they were created, and often the original mechanisms no longer work.
The last few thousand levels of the regular Candy Crush game are AI generated. I think the AI fully took over around level 18,000. I noticed at the time when I played those levels that they seemed "different" and simpler in structure.
The top screenshot is of quite a complex level, which I have no doubt was created by humans originally. The AI can't handle so many different elements. The AI generated levels are much simpler in structure.
