missing features and stuck on 19927

Question

"Dear King Support,I am writing to report that several key features have disappeared from my game shortly after I made an in-game purchase.Specifically:

* The option to watch ads for extra moves or lives is no longer available.
* The 'Teams' (Fantastic 5) tab has completely disappeared, leaving me with only the 'Friends' and 'Add' tabs.

Currently, I am stuck on Level 19927. Without access to team rewards or ad-based boosters, it has become nearly impossible to progress. As a supporting player, I find it frustrating that making a purchase seems to have limited my access to these core features.Could you please look into my account and restore the Teams feature and ad rewards? Any assistance with boosters to help me pass my current level would also be greatly appreciated.

Hello @GretaNetjes I am not King Support but a player just like you. However I can confirm that this is what happens to everyone after they make a purchase with real money. It is how Candy Crush works: If you spend real money the game expects you to spend more so all advertisement features are removed from the account. We have warned players about this for years here. Sorry you came here too late.

I do not know of any teams feature in Candy Crush Saga. What do you mean by this? "Fantastic 5" was removed many years ago so I do not understand which feature you mean by the teams.
