why do I lose all my boosters when I login my account into my new phone 😪

Because boosters are stored on your device @ojons2k . They don't transfer but are only available on the device on which you earned or bought them. Your game progress and gold balance is stored at King's server, boosters and lives from friends are not. They are stored on the phone.
