I don't get to watch an Ad(s) if I can't get through a level. So, if I want to advance, I have to x out and lose out on any possible ads that may have been able to help me with the level. Anyone else having this problem?
@stephanie2024 I don’t even get ads in my games.
Thank you for answering my question. Although, I think this message is pretty standard whenever you're stuck on a level and cannot advance to the next level.

Video ads for extra moves or rewards are not available for all players or all accounts. They’re turned on automatically only when available for your device and account, and there isn’t a way to enable them manually.
A few things to know:

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
