Hello King Support Team,
I’m writing to request a refund for an accidental in-app purchase made in Candy Crush Saga.
A child accidentally made a purchase of 100,000 VND while playing the game. The purchased items have not been intentionally used, and this purchase was not authorized.

Amount: 100,000 VND

I kindly ask for your understanding and support in processing a refund for this transaction.

I do not know how much money this is but I fear that you will not get it back. King cannot refund any money as they do not directly deal with your payment details. If you received the items then there is no point contacting player support. You would need to contact Google Playstore to ask for a refund. However I do not know if refunding accidental purchases made by children is part of their refund policy.

Choose a secure payment method that asks for authorisation by fingerprint, face recognition or a password before any purchase!
