It is happening for a week. I have already tried uninstalling and installing the app but it didn't work.

Just to update you all, this has already been reported to the team and they’re aware of the issue. It’s currently under investigation.
Really appreciate you calling out the specific ads and providers (like Popsa, Copilot, Scrabble / Motoco Ads). That genuinely helps narrow things down when the team reviews logs on their side.
It doesn’t appear to be limited to one specific device type, so we’re continuing to gather reports to better understand the pattern.
In the meantime, there isn’t a guaranteed fix from the player side. Making sure the game is fully updated and restarting the app after a freeze can sometimes help, but I understand that’s not ideal.
Please keep sharing details if you notice certain ads triggering it more consistently, that information is useful while this is being looked into.

It just happened with this ad. When you select the X by reward granted nothing happens. Even watched the entire video and the same result.
I watch ads for an extra life or two or boosters to win a level. Three times tonight when trying to press “reward granted” to get my booster the whole game froze and I had to force close the entire game and lost the progress I made on that level that I was about to win. This is making me really mad. Please fix!! Playing on iPhone iOS 18.5
Not sure what the ad is for. It just started. It's a dark screen with a large video or audio play circle in the middle. It something like ads by meta in the bottom left.
Candy Crush needs to sort this out,it’s happening more and more now, I have complained a couple of times, and got no decent response, only try this, try that! The culprits are mainly Popsa, Copilot and Scrabble, they are from a company called ‘Motoco Ads’, always 30 second Ads, I am not the only one this is happening to, I have no probs with other ads, the 5 second ones are ok. It’s time consuming and makes the game no fun anymore.
