Thanks for sharing the screenshot. To understand what’s happening, could you tell us:

Did the game get stuck while trying to collect the rewards?
Is this the first time it’s happened, or does it keep happening?
What happens if you close and reopen the game, or restart your device, does it still get stuck on the same screen?

Once we know a bit more about when and how it happens, we can take a closer look and see how to help.
