Hello @MarilynRules. I understand your frustration…and I recognize that faulty video ads continue to be an issue for you.

Even though watching video ads can be rewarding, they are incredibly annoying when they don't operate properly! The best way to make the King advertisement team aware of issues is to use the process described in the following article from our Help Center.

👉How to report an ad in your game

In addition to reporting ads, you might find the following tips helpful:

• If you tap on the "x" button and it redirects to the advertiser's website, you might try to tap on the "back" button on your device. It might return you to the game but you might or might not get the reward for watching the ad.
• On some ads, there is a button in a bottom corner of the ad. After tapping on that button, you can select "Broken" from a set of options.
• Clear the cache in your game app often and delete your browser history for websites associated with faulty ads.

It is important to report faulty ads. The more complaints submitted about a given ad, the greater the likelihood it will get fixed or removed completely.

FYI — The initial reply from Player Support is always an automated response. You might be asked for more information and screenshots, so be sure to reply to the first message. Once you can see a ticket number in the title, you can be sure your issue has been assigned to a person. That person will refer the ad to the quality team who will review it and take appropriate actions as necessary.

I assume you are familiar with our standard troubleshooting steps, but I include them below as a reminder:

• Internet: Ensure you have a strong and stable Internet connection.
• Updates: Check the app stores to update to the latest version of your game if needed, and the latest software update for your device.
• Memory: Do you have sufficient memory on your device? We recommend having at least 2GB free. If you have less than this be sure to free up some memory to enable the game to run as smoothly as possible.
• Cache: Clear your game cache. Do NOT clear your game data -- that is where your boosters are stored.
• Restart: Force close all open apps and restart your device. Leave it switched off for at least 10 seconds, then turn it on again.

Thanks for sharing your concern about a specific ad, but we are not able to report it to Player Support. We must rely on our players to do that.
