Watching ads for extra moves, but not getting extra moves

Question

When I click to watch an ad to get extra moves, I watch the ad but don’t get my extra moves. This happens a lot. Frustrating!

Unfortunately, some ads do not work as intended. The best way to make the King advertisement team aware of issues is to use the process described in the following article from our Help Center.

In addition to reporting ads, you might find the following tips helpful:

* When you tap on the "x" button and it redirects to the advertiser's website, you might try to tap on the "back" button on your device. It might return you to the game but you might or might not get the reward for watching the ad.
* On some ads, there is a "button" in a bottom corner of the ad. After tapping on that button, you can select "Broken" from a set of options.

It is important to report faulty ads. The more complaints submitted about a given ad, the greater the likelihood it will get fixed or removed completely.

Since this problem seems to be recurring for you, the issue might be related to your device rather than the ads.  So, I suggest you try the following troubleshooting tips to maximize the chances of the game running more smoothly for you:

* Internet: Ensure you have a strong and stable Internet connection.
* Updates: Check the app stores to update to the latest version of your game if needed, and the latest software update for your device.
* Memory: Do you have sufficient memory on your device? We recommend having at least 2GB free. If you have less than this be sure to free up some memory to enable the game to run as smoothly as possible.
* Cache: Clear your game cache. Do NOT clear your game data -- that is where your boosters are stored.
* Restart: Force close all open apps and restart your device. Leave it switched off for at least 10 seconds, then turn it on again.
