several friends that always send lives.

@H8B Try turning off your device for at least 10 seconds. Also try offloading the app and reinstalling it. If that doesn’t work get back in touch with support they will keep working with you to fix the problem.
I have tried everything. Logging out and logging back in like I was asked to do and still nothing works.

right now for the past 3 weeks i do not receive any lives from friends. i ask for lives and it is like the friends are not receiving the request. something is wrong
