I recently completed level 10,001 on Candy Crush Saga. I was on a 20 game winning streak using the super color bomb. Logged out for a awhile, came back and my streak and super color bomb disappeared. I was playing to win Candy Crush Royal.

While frustrating, these streaks cannot be restored by support. To fix or prevent this, try updating the game, clearing the cache, and ensuring a stable connection.
