I have ADHD & I used to be able to play & watch shows. Now I can’t!

Have any of you noticed this change since you updated the app? I’ve tested 5 streaming networks and they all pause now while I’m in game play & as soon as I open the app. I want it back to the way it was😢😢 My ADHD used to be satisfied when I was able to multitask. Now I’m getting bored. Please help!!
