I'm trying to post a support request and it keeps telling me my post will be up once it's approved. What is this? I paid for smthg and didn't receive anything I paid for. I need Support to fix this.
My purchase wasn't correct to my bars. Had 125 moves only gave me 5 moves. I lost my money today! Please correct it. Thank you
At the same time I have spotted a post using the "f" - word over in Discussions, which did obviously not get spotted. I suspect there is something wrong with the approval bot or they are experimenting with the system this weekend.
If you paid for something you didn't receive this place is not where to go anyway: King don't handle your money directly, so go to Apple or Google or Facebook and ask them to refund the money. This community here is for advice only, and answers you will get here would be from fellow players, including those who are moderators, who can't access your account. Player Support are the only ones who can access your game to give you what you didn't receive, but getting your money refunded directly from the company that holds your credit card details is what I would recommend.

I'm sorry but they CANNOT help me. Never once in the 12 years I've been playing this game, had player support EVER actually resolved a single issue OR SO MUCH AS REPLIED to a message. All I've ever received are automated bot responses with links to articles. Thanks though.

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
