Wanted to purchase some items but it says it is an offline offer. How do we change this??

If you are offline you cannot make any purchase other than five extra moves using gold. So in order to make purchases you need to close the app, check your wifi connection is good and reload the app. Once you can see other players on the map and see their player cards when you click on them you're online and should be able to make a purchase, either with gold in your inventory, or with real money in the shop.

This is a new feature added to the game since 2025, where some players can spend Gold Bars offline. I understand you'd like to see it changed, and I appreciate you have given us your feedback for it. I will pass this on to our developers for you.
While we unfortunately cannot adjust this for you right now, having feedback such as yours available enables our developers to make adjustments and changes to our game in future updates, which will hopefully introduce new features as well as potential improvements that will match your tastes.Β
