That definitely doesn’t sound right. When you say the game shuts off and you lose everything, do you mean it completely closes during a level and you lose your progress and boosters?

A few quick questions that will help us understand better:

• How much storage/ram do you have left?
• Did this start recently or has it been happening for a while?
• Does it happen during a specific action (like using a booster or watching an ad), or randomly?

If you haven’t already, please also make sure your game is fully updated and try restarting the device!
