When I logged in today I got a 12 year gift. When I clicked on it the game froze and when I rastarted the game Therese was no gift added

I’m sorry to hear the game froze when you tapped the gift. That’s not ideal at all.
Do you happen to remember what the gift included? Also, could you please share your Game ID (you can find it under Settings → Account & Help)? That way we can double-check whether the reward was successfully added to your inventory.
Sometimes rewards are applied instantly in the background, especially if the game needs to restart, so it’s possible it was added without a pop-up confirmation but we’ll confirm properly once we have your ID.

Hi, I finished 23 tickets of the Yetis Draw out of 25 , still have 2 only to reach the big prize. But all tickets disspaeared on the board game and not appearing near the level number anymore. Where did they go ?
Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
