Chocolate Box Error (for years)

I had a support ticket a while ago, link is below, regarding the issue I have had for years with a chocolate box error. I provided the requested information but somehow the question got marked as answered and it has not been.

Hello @Kimmer22 I am afraid that you have misunderstood how this forum operates. You have not opened a ticket and the link you provided is just a link to a previous comment that you have made.

To receive actual support for your issue you will need to contact King Player Support using the help function of your game or the 'Contact Us' link that you can see at the bottom of this page

somehow the question got marked as answered and it has not been.

That is a flaw of this forum. As soon as someone posts a comment to a question in Support the question gets marked as answered regardless of whether or not the comment answers the actual question.

You should see a little yes or no box. Just select no when a comment doesn't answer your question and your post will be flagged as a question again.
