hey I’ve purchased twice gold bars and my payment was deducted but i couldn’t receive bars and booster so I claimed to claim go charge back but couldn’t get response till now .

I was expecting that I would get a prompt action as I was addicted to candy crush but due do this negligence I lost all my competition and boosters , spent money but couldn’t receive bars anything . highly disappointed.
