That’s a tricky one, because sending and receiving lives depends on how the game is connected.
A few things you can try:
If you’re connected through Facebook, also check:
Sometimes refreshing the connection fixes missing life requests.
Let me know which platform you’re playing on (Facebook, King account, mobile, etc.) and we can narrow it down further.
