Spaceships keep freezing

I am repeatedly experiencing spaceship boosters freezing when I purchase gold bars. I then lose the gold bars and extra goes etc. It’s always when I purchase bars during a level. I have done all the technical checks and now feel it’s a scam! I am going round in circles trying to get help.

hi, I am apple. Over 30 GB storage, updated app version 1.321.3.1. Always happens when there is no issue with connection (using home WiFi etc).

Your game app version (you can find this in the App Store)
How much free storage your device currently has

Also, please make sure the app is fully updated from the store.

We’ve had a previous issue related to boosters freezing, which should have been fixed, so I’d like to double-check whether this is something resurfacing or something device-specific.

Once I have those details, I can raise it properly.
