Game is slow today

Is anyone else having problems with the game being very slow today? I already shut my phone off and restarted it, so I don't think it's my phone. Also, the Sweet Cinema isn't working properly. When it does come up, it only lets me make 1 or 2 moves, then doesn't show up for a long time. So, it's getting harder to play one episode race without taking hours to get through it. I definitely have loss interest in the game. Too many issues in the game, but nothing being resolved!😏😒

I have an Android phone. My phone is doing an automated update at 4:30 A.M., so maybe that will make a difference. My phone can be slow at times, but nothing like it's been today.

Thanks for reporting this. It definitely shouldn’t be happening. We will be monitoring feedback from other playerscwho report slow games.

It is helpful that you restarted your device. Have you checked the other troubleshooting steps?

• Internet: Ensure you have a strong and stable Internet connection.
• Updates: Check the app stores to update to the latest version of your game if needed, and the latest software update for your device.
• Memory: Do you have sufficient memory on your device? We recommend having at least 2GB free. If you have less than this be sure to free up some memory to enable the game to run as smoothly as possible.
• Cache: Clear your game cache. Do NOT clear your game data -- that is where your boosters are stored.

Also can you share the type of device on which you play.
